Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please Log In to our site and Reschedule/ Cancel the appropriate appointment. Any cancellation/ rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before the appointment. That’s really not even enough time for us to fill the spot but it’s what we’re doing for now. If you Cancel/ reschedule under 24 hours you will forfeit a deposit. (50% of service) Through a pay-link. If you No Call No Show you will be charged for the missed service. We understand life happens, everyone gets a mulligan. Please note uncompleted appointments literally take money away from our barbers paychecks that they depend on. Thank you for understanding our process.
